El proveedor que está prestando sus servicios a empresas públicas y/o privadas podrá obtener financiación de entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Financiera, mediante la inscripción de la cesión de los derechos económicos de sus contratos a su financiador en nuestro sistema y generando mayor seguridad en el pago de las obligaciones.
How does the Assignment of Rights function?

The supplier that requires financing through a supervised entity may assign the economic rights of its public and/or private sector supply contracts to facilitate its access to liquidity by registering these contracts in the system administered by the Colombian Mercantile Exchange (BMC).

With the registration of the assignment of economic rights, the provider's payer will wire the corresponding resources to the BMC. The Bolsa Mercantil will subsequently disperse payments to the financing entity and the supplier as appropriate.
