By which rules are issued on the oversight of agricultural and agro-industrial product exchanges, their members and the clearing and settlement bodies of their operations and minimum capital are established for said entities.

Rule by which Decree 573 of 2002 is amended, adding article 3, relative to the minimum capital of the members of the product exchanges, and modifying article 5 regarding the functions of the Superintendence of Securities (today the Financial Superintendence of Colombia).
