Who must comply with the Code of Ethics and Conduct?
The Code of Ethics and Conduct mandates that the Board of Directors, Senior Management, Workers and third parties observe the principles and rules of conduct enshrined therein. No one within the organization is authorized to request that ethical offenses be committed or that the provisions of this Code be contravened and conduct that contravenes what is established cannot be justified.
The necessary measures must be demanded and taken so that third parties that act or carry out efforts in the name of or on behalf of the Exchange are aware of and comply with this Code. When a situation lacks a specific guideline, the established ethical values and rules must be applied, and if guidance is required in this regard, the immediate superior or the Ethics Line must be consulted.
The Statutory Auditors, the Brokerage Firms that are members of the Exchange and the people linked to them and the Gas Market Agents escape the application of this Code of Ethics and Conduct.
-
What is a Code of Ethics?
It is a document of personal and professional conduct that all officers, members of the Board of Directors, suppliers and contractors, regardless of position or duties, must comply with.

Because the adoption of ethical principles and behaviors reflects the type of organization of which we are a part, and the type of people we are.
